The Account Executive will develop new business for the company by building relationships with prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to sell our consulting service
  • Ability to appropriately qualify leads
  • Research viable prospects for new business
  • Contact potential clients via telephone and email to schedule over the phone and/or in person presentations for the Business Development Advisor
  • Develop new business for the company
  • Represent Vizant in a positive and professional manner
  • A track record of successfully exceeding assigned quotas and goals
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain current records for documenting sales progress in CRM on a regular basis
  • Work and collaborate with other functions such as: operations, sales, marketing, client services, and executives in the organization
  • Utilize resources to stay up to date on industry knowledge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Education plus Equivalent Work Experience
  • 5+ Years of Experience
  • Financial Experience preferred
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience working with MS Power Point, Word and Excel and a CRM system
  • Must be flexible with a “Think Outside the Box” mindset
  • Must be willing to work individually and with a team
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Persistent
