We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to fill the position of the Director of Treasury & Financial Operations. This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of Vizant’s treasury and payments solutions to its clients. The Director is accountable for managing the team of Treasury & Payments Advisors to ensure the seamless execution of our services. This includes the development of proprietary client reports, the implementation of Vizant’s solutions and recommendations and the ongoing guidance and support we provide to our clients throughout the duration of our partnership including client retention efforts.



  • Evaluation and analysis of Client’s inbound payments, treasury operations and outbound payments environments including their comprehensive financial payments, treasury, cash management and finance environments
  • Expertise in identifying opportunities to maximize efficiencies and reduce the client’s ongoing cost of financial payments and treasury functions including inbound payments, outbound payments and treasury operations
  • Take the lead in working closely with the Client and their vendors and partners in implementing our solutions and ideas around the efficiency and reduction of financial payment costs
  • Presents complex ideas and solutions for effectively managing payment acceptance environments and facilitate vendor negotiations and product and strategy implementation
  • Coordination and relationship driven engagement management in order to secure client’s internal stakeholders, i.e. sales, marketing, finance support the implementation of payment channel optimization, payment system changes and financial payment cost recovery strategies
  • Clear, concise and ongoing professional communication with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Skilled at managing project timelines for both Vizant and our Clients
  • Skilled at developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Clients
  • Business acumen that is more than just “looking at the numbers”
  • Ability to review and evaluate a Clients’ financial statements and its industry so that our recommendations and solutions match their internal requirements
  • Ability to read financial reports and financial analysis in order to ascertain the relevance of our solutions and ideas
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex engagements at the same time
  • Business acumen and savvy in dealing with senior level executives
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong business background, solid business acumen and understanding of corporate practitioner payment needs
  • Travel as needed, a valid driver’s license is required
  • Professionalism and confidence in a client facing environment
  • Other duties as assigned



  • College degree in finance, accounting or mathematics is required
  • At least 7 to 10 years’ experience in the business world is preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience managing a team
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) experience with high level of Excel understanding
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Professionalism and confidence in a client facing environment
  • Excellent mathematical aptitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Payment card experience preferred
  • Must be well spoken and professional


We offer an excellent overall compensation package that will be dependent upon your level of experience. This position includes a competitive base salary, along with incentives and bonuses. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, as well as full reimbursement for all travel and business expenses.
