Overview

The Manager of Client Accounts oversees the overall work flow of the Client Accounts department. The Client Accounts department is comprised of three main areas: client relationship building and customer service; evaluation, assessment and analysis of client’s treasury, banking, payments and financial operations environments and structural costs; monthly reporting and invoicing including invoice collections.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department
  • Organize and interpret large amounts of data and provide numerical analysis on a daily basis
  • Deliver timely analysis, reports, and communications within defined framework to meet monthly production deadlines
  • Track client invoices and follow internal processes to forecast and adjust projected revenues
  • Familiar with treasury, banking, cash management, financial operations, payments industry and payment card processes
  • Understand, articulate and communicate complex solutions, strategies and industry best practices to client contacts and executives
  • Build client relationships in order to bring trust and respect to every engagement
  • Work closely with other departments to evaluate comprehensive structural costs, vendor/provider proposals, cost impact items, complex statement data, vendor agreements and cost reduction opportunities
  • Have experience in using Microsoft Suite and must have the ability to learn internal software applications
  • Must be self-motivated, results oriented and adaptable in an evolving work environment
  • Necessary to have experience in managing and developing people and creating a cohesive work team with remote staff.
  • Travel 10%

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years’ experience, preferable in a complex billing environment.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience.
  • Associates degree, with Bachelors preferred; may consider at least 10 years of experience in managing a complex billing function.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Remote management a plus.
